KUKA 210

The design changed in 1950, the KUKA Type 210, which featured a new type of drum and rear door to provide higher loads. Between 1949 and 1954 they sold over 900 of the new Type 210. The production was growing very fast. On August 10, 1956, they built the 1,000th KUKA 210. By 1958, the firm had sold their 3,000th drum type garbage truck since production began in 1927.
