Clement Industries Minden, Louisiana     Clement trailer had once been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gar Wood, but became independent again in the 1970s. In early 1979, it was announced that Clement would purchase the hoist and body division (hydraulics, dump bodies) from Sargent Industries, which was selling off the entire Gar Wood family of products and ending the brand.
