Ecolotec Kenilworth, New Jersey     Ecolotec's Mite-3 was a 3-wheeled satellite collection vehicle, designed to discharge into a larger collection truck. It carried a payload of 1,340 pounds, and had a top speed of 54 MPH. The company is better known for its Vacu-Sweep road sweeper, which was a product of Johnston Ltd. of England, their parent company. The vacuum sweeper body was packaged with an American-made International Harvester Cargostar chassis. In 1982, Ecolotec changed their name to Johnston Equipment Co.
